Ok so now I'm finally at 747 with gear dropping at 750 I'm going to start looking at perks rather than just throwing on whatever is the highest. What are some of the best perks on gear and weapons? I've had a long time away from the game and only recently came back so I assume I know none of the perks. My current bad omens has tracking and cluster so I think I'm happy with that. And I have exotic arms that give me 2 grenades and grenade damage recharges it so in a crowded area I can easily throw 3 grenades in a row so I'm not replacing them either. But I'm sure there's some amazing perks on purple gear that I'm just not aware of.
