I think primes and challenges can give up to +5. Most milestones now are only giving +1. Even dreaming city stuff is dropping low now with opulence out. Not sure about forges. Haven't done one since before SoD. Spider bounty and nightfall still gives decent rewards too. I usually get a plus 4 or so from them. Clan rewards are +1. Hawthorne is a cheapskate. 😂

A guaranteed +1 would be better that a -1 or -4 though. ☹ Not sure why I've been seeing this happen, and only after receiving my +1 or +4 from a different milestone in that same slot. You would think a weak drop would at least be a +1 or match your last drop in light level.
