Bought Forsaken Annual Pass can’t play Forsaken
I Recently bought The Destiny 2:
Forsaken Annual Pass and I keep on getting spammed with error messages saying “Required Content Not Found” “The Destiny 2: Forsaken Annual Pass requires ownership of Destiny 2: Forsaken. If you have already purchased this expansion and feel you have received this error message in error please visit help.bungie.net”
When I check purchase it take me to the Destiny 2: Forsaken Complete Edition but I already bought every DLC that I need to play the game minus Cayde’s Exotic stash and Awoken Legend set so I don’t see what the problem is. Please help!

If you only bought the Annual Pass currently costing around $15, then you did not buy the Forsaken expansion, which is required to get Forsaken content. The Forsaken expansion itself was $40 when it was offered as a stand alone expansion. The Complete Collection offered now for $40 comes with everything, including the Annual Pass. It clearly says on the product description for the Forsaken Annual Pass: [quote]Content in the Forsaken Annual Pass may be sold separately. Destiny 2 game, Destiny 2 Expansions I & II, [b]Forsaken required, [u]sold separately[/u][/b].[/quote] Please read product descriptions so you know what you are buying.

18 RepliesForsaken itself is only available as part of complete collection. You may want to see if xbox support will refund your Annual Pass purchase, then buy the collection.
