2 RepliesYa. That has been a "Thing" since any group activity started. Strikes, Crucible, IB, Gambit, Gambit Prime and Forge all have this issue. Bungie simply doesn't care.

5 RepliesAlso dont load us into a forge ALONE, just because its taking a little while to find teammates. If its between soloing a forge or waiting a little longer for other players, ill be patient and take the wait. Otherwise i just have to bail, wait to loadout, go back in, load in to match making, and then get to play. All its done is waist time that could have been used to keep looking for players

That’s the worst, or when it load you in 3 times solo and then gives you a team.

In some cases it feels like it's intentional. I got loaded into a Forge solo and was fighting my ass off. In the feed it said a player joined so I did everything I could to keep the timer going until they got in to help. Over a minute later they still hadn't spawned and eventually I simply ran out of time. The instant the timer hit zero and the Forge had failed they spawned. Like the system was waiting for me to fail before it would spawn them.

lol! Yeah exact same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I wasn’t really bothered by it too much because it’s pretty rare. I did however think to myself- “Hey isn’t a computer game? Seems like Bungie could do some of that simple computing stuff and make sure this never happens.”

1 ReplyI've been on the other side of that and it feels terrible. Load into a forge by myself, ultimately fail, and only get teammates at the very end when it's already over. I empty my magazine into the dumb forge for screwing us over, and sometimes they join in.

Or load me in by myself after searching for other players for literally less than TWENTY SECONDS. Once got thrown into a Forge completely alone after about fifteen seconds of searching. Like, really?
