Runes not being refunded in chalice of opulence with rune bonus II active
After downloading the patch and playing on PC, I just ran the Menagerie and not once did any of my recipes refund a rune when it always has before this with rune bonus II unlocked and active.
I only have the first 2 slots unlocked on the chalice, but that shouldn't matter, I should always be getting one of them back.
Now... nothing!

I had this as well. I just got my titan up to light for menagerie and only AFTER I used up my weekly powerfuls did I get one of my runes refunded. The text is "One actively slotted rune is refunded upon looting the final chest in the menagerie". Apparently powerful rewards do not count

You may want to perform a [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46501]scan and repair[/url] in the Battle.net app to see if that may help with your issue. Could you provide a video of this occurring so we can look into it further? A YouTube link would be the best way for us to view it.
