First: Let me say this message is solely for Bungie and I could give a Rat Kings A$$ what anyone has to say in support or opposition to this post.
You are LIARS! You said no more Nerf's and regardless of what your cry baby, sore loser, poor sport excuses are for why you felt it necessary to go back on your word: you blatantly disregarded, ignored and took a steaming pile of crap on the overwhelming majority of your customers. This is horrible customer service in any business model. You made us a wonderful game with a great community and when you're customers told you, "we are finally having fun with the tools you gave us, please don't nerf anything", you essentially told us to F*** OFF!
Shame! [Ding] Shame! [Ding] Shame! [Ding]
Second: Balance is defined as - a condition in which different elements are equal or in the correct proportions. You have NO CLUE how to maintain any balance; whether it's PVE, PVP, Sandbox or any other part of your game. You literally destroy anything and everything you attempt to NERF or BUFF. There is not one single exception to that statement.
So my solution to your idiocracy in this never ending merry-go-round of "no celebrating in the end-zone after a touchdown" nonsense, goes exactly like this;
Nerf's and Buff's of any kind NEED TO STOP forever.
When something is created. STOP THERE and NEVER touch it despite what the smallest percentage of the whiners still living in Mommies basement and the streamer blow-hards cry about. They are NOT the majority of your customers.
If you're afraid the game will become less challenging if you don't make these changes, then fix the game by not changing the tools we spent hours acquiring and worked so hard to achieve.
Do you reward the hard work of your employees with lottery ticket paychecks? I don't think you do! So why aren't we rewarded with clearly defined rewards at equal levels to our level?
When we finally get the things we work so hard for and then you take those tools we're fun using; don't throw them in a garbage disposal and flip the switch to grind it up because you're crapping all over your paying customers and devaluing their efforts. And for what, for game integrity, to keep things challenging? Well, then make bosses and adds more resistant or come up with something more than a hulk smash on the ground. Be more creative and less lazy with your creation.
Stop being poor sports because your customers figured how to efficiently beat your lack of creativity!
Create better supers and super enhancing exotic armor that actually do something of value instead of half assed feeble space fillers. (Up until season seven I earned 123 of 123 exotic weapons and armor on a triple 700 account. I attempted to learn how to use every one of them but never actually used more than 15 totally on all three different characters. I don't use 85% of the exotic armor because they are shit and offer no substantial increase in the fun factor. Have you read some of the actual perks? Most of them make me want to fall asleep just reading them.) So why would you nerf the one's we like using in favor of buffing the most idiotic crap? Why force people to use things of such poor imagination.
There's no logic there and combined with your complete ignorance to the meaning of balance this game goes from fun to the cure for insomnia.
Please stop!
Please give us back what you stole from us with every nerf and buff you've ever made.
Please leave the game alone and allow the community and our collective creativity to create solutions to whatever items become over used or powered beyond original intent.
There's a significant problem when the first comment out of your customer base mouth is, "This gun (or armor) is great, too bad it's going to be nerfed!"

Supreme Butthurt has been summoned. We're gonna need a Wahhhhhhhmbulance as well... Scratch the Wahhhhhmbulance... We're gonna need a Snivelcopter for Medivac.

1 ReplySo they shouldn’t have fixed Prometheus lens when it first was released?
-
1 ReplyAll these comments just show you what poor players they are and how toxic this whole game has become. I agree with you.
Shame! [Ding] Shame! [Ding] Shame! [Ding]
Really...

So much anger. Forget the Snickers, seems like you need some otter kind of relief.

Sounds like you’re the cry baby, sore loser and poor sport here

3 RepliesOutside of nerfs you couldn't be more wrong and the things that were nerfed had to be minus sleeper and AoS on console. None of the weapons that were nerfed outside of ace on console and sleeper was balanced at all. The super regen armor was turning the game into a super simulator just like warframe where you push 1 button and everything dies rinse repeat.Thats nots fun thats just lazy. When did fun began to mean easy mode or cheese? Power fantasy does not equate to easy mode this game still breaks alot of boundaries other games wouldn't dare to tread.

People are too simplistic, and not at all concerned with changing that. Also no, knowing that x = x does not confer any real understanding either.

11 RepliesOnce you understand that BUNGIE's goal is to get gamers (including streamers, who should get real jobs, and tryhard no-life gamers) to grind their lives away for the perfect [fill in the blank] weapon / armor, then BUNGIE's actions make perfect sense.

1 ReplyChill the hell out man. It's a game. Balances are needed. Stop acting like someone pissed in your cereal.
-
9 RepliesYea, no more buffs! Swords were fine they way they were, now they're amazing and I hate it! D:
-
Just leave

You are rather pessimistic ol’ sport.
-
You had me up until you said no more buffs ever. The sandbox would become stale very quickly. Sandbox tuning is essential in a shooter game and the more often the better. Same old meta isn’t fun. Change is good
