Bungie, before you reply please read so you don’t tell me to do things that I’ve already done.
-I’m running with an Ethernet cable
-I’ve hard reset my Xbox
-I’ve cleared my cache
-I’ve restarted my modem/router
-I’ve called my ISP (confirmed the issue is not on their end)
-NAT type is Open
I never have issues playing Destiny and never get kicked off servers. This happened after the 1pm update this afternoon. I was playing just fine before that.
I’m running 220 upload - 23 download
Again, using an Ethernet cable, no WiFi
Codes that I’ve received since today’s reset:
- Cocoa
- Elderberry
- Baboon
- Anteater
- Bee
- Lion
- Weasel
- Coconut
- Canary
- Centipede
- Currant
- Chicken
Note:
I’ve never received the same error code twice so far. Will continue updating this post with codes while I await a response.

- I live in the USA (Florida)
- ISP: xfinity/comcast
- Modem: xFi Advanced Gateway
Edit New Info:
-I COULD travel to the Tower with no issue (takes a few minutes for vendors to show)
-I CANT go to any other destination without receiving new error codes or getting the “D2 servers not available”
-I COULD load into strikes but enemies are frozen still. I could kill them but they just respawn and I can’t progress through the strike
Edit as of 10:14pm Eastern
- I was able to complete a strike without any issues. Seems the problem resolved on my end BUT no official word from Bungie.
