Titans in raids and activities
Bungie please allow titans to bring something to the table to help the team. And don’t you say “oh, well you got melting point” because screw that. Hunters have tethers and celestial goldies, warlocks have Wells and Slova bombs, and what do titans have. bAnNEr ShiEld? In my opinion, ward of dawn needs a nice rework in pve. So does thundercrash. Thundercrash is the definition of high risk no reward. Even Datto made a video about how underused and bad titans were in endgame activities. #BuffTitans

Titans are the master class. We dont need any tethers, goldies or any other gimmicks to be useful.

Dogs: Melting Point Gauntlet: anything Calus: Rally Barricade -Last Wish- Kalli: Melting Point Shuro-Chi: Melting Point Morgeth: Melting Point Vault Encounter: Melting Point, MAYBE Thundercrash Riven: Rally Barricade (if No Warlocks) -Scourge of the Past- City: Melting Point/ Thundercrash for servitors Sparrow Run: lol Gundam pt 1: Melting Point for berserkers? Gundam pt2: Whisper Titans can complete raids just like the other classes, but there isn’t a lot of room for deviation in subclass set-up.

Easiest fix: Blocking damage with Sentinel Shield increases the buff that teammates get for shooting through it

25 RepliesWhat’s wrong with banner shield, I was running a couple rivens today to stock up on keys and my friend was running banner, we absolutely melted riven (last run he wasn’t and we didn’t quite make it)

dont worry titan. They are nerfing hunter and wellock exotics and now we will suck just like you except you still have melting point.

4 RepliesBanner shield should be able to be planted. When your holding up the shield the team is missing your damage. The shield doesn't give an enough of a buff to fill in the gap(you). But if it could be planted you won't be missing out of doing damage. Maybe make it an exotic. Whole holding up the shield and pressing the fire button you could plant it. Would be cool if you could pick it up again. For thundercrash an exotic that gives super energy back on kills would be dope AF. Also let eternal warrior work on thundercrash.

4 RepliesI’m not sure entirely what I’m missing. Although I don’t have the most clears, I do pretty well as a titan main and feel like a major contribution. Melting point is great, banner shield with ursa is a great orb generator and shield, bottom tree striker is amazing for adds. I typically find others are the detriment, not I.

I steer clear of lfg posts that look for specific classes like 3 warlocks because I know the people asking are probably crap players.

Titans will be relevant again next week after they destroy Orpheus Rigs and Skull Titan Barricade will be clutch

2 RepliesI think they could change a couple things to make titans new dps machines. This is something that I would like to see. Burning maul Maul slam damage increases with each light attack kill (Stacks infinitely) Thundercrash Thundercrash now creates a slowing field that surviving enemies are now trapped in. Trapped enemies gain a debuff similar in power to a tether/melting point Thundercrash also does a similar total amount of damage to that of chaos nova bomb Banner Shield Banner shield now generates a new field that stacks with well and other buffs but is more powerful (this is to bypass the dps gap that would normally be associated with someone using banner shield) Banner shield stores all damage taken and at the end of the super is released much like the Kabr’s Aegis shield blast.

Yeah smash bois seem pretty worthless in PvE. They don’t have like big chunk damage capabilities like Locks and Hunters do. Tis a bummer.

After being a titan main for 5 years! I Finally switched to warlock. Titans in D2 are trash. I had to I was forced to. There is no fun in playing a titan in D2. Like you said their supers are terrible for pve.
