No email discount code. Checked every folder and asked for it to be re-sent
Ok guys.
I've finished the Collector set. I went to claim it, and get the discount sent via email. It has not turned up.
Yes my email is validated to the account, yes I have received previous discount codes from other triumphs complete (such as the jumper from Crimson doubles, and The Last Word shirt).
However the email for the Gambit Collector jersey has not turned up.
As said checked everything.
Is there a time delay with the emails going out?

1 ReplyAppreciate you posting about this issue. We're aware that this is occurring and we're currently investigating. If a previous email was receiving these email but no longer is, you may want to create a new email and verify it.

1 ReplyHi again. Try sending yourself another email. We fixed an issue on our end that resulted in no one being able to send emails.
