Hi there,
So I have been experiencing a huge problem for the past two weeks. When playing D2, my pc will immediately die and restart; but ONLY at specific times of the day. I can play for hours on end with no problems during specific times, but there are hours of the day and night, that if I'm playing, my pc will die and restart.
I've checked all temps in my build, I've taken it to a pc shop to get it checked out and absolutely no problems were found with my hardware or psu. It seems to be a game related problem as this never happens when I'm playing other games.
I've already done a fresh windows installation with all necessary components thinking the problem would be resolved... but once I hit the hour of the day where all the dying normally happens, it happened again.
I am running my pc from a ups so it cannot be a problem with my electricity grid at my house.
Any help would be really appreciated. I have tried everything to no avail. I don't know what else to do.

4 RepliesHey there. Appreciate you reaching out to us. The next time the game crashes, could you link me to your DxDiag? To find this information:
• Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag” without quotation marks. • Click on “Save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. PasteBin.com or DumpTxt.com) to paste the information. Please don't use Google Drive. • Create a link and post it here.
Can you unplug your UPS from outlet power and run your PC entirely from your UPS to see if the issue happens just like it does during those specific times?

1 ReplyHello, Do you have any antivirus or malware programs that do scheduled scans on your system at that time? Have you checked to see if you have any other programs processes running in the background?
