My catalyst is still at 41% after 3 heroic completions and completing all configuration puzzles. I have seen Siva drop after each task completion. I have the ship but am only at 41% catalyst complete, which I believe should be theoretically impossible. Source of the problem may be full consumables combined with a full postmaster at time of completion? If it is, it would be nice to be able to get the progression without have to do the quest again.
