Crucible banned
I recently tried to play multiple games of competitive in a row, and experienced the game crashing each time. Because of this, I was suspended and lost much glory, despite me being so close to acquiring the recluse. I would greatly appreciate any solutions.

What you can do to solve this and prevent later restrictions includes but is not limited to: -changing to wired connection -reducing the amount of traffic on your WiFi (won’t change much but might help) -changing internet provider (if possible) -not playing while WiFi is performing a large task eg: streaming a film. You can find more tips on Bungie’s site, but I do not have a link, sorry. Additionally, if the issue is not fixed, there will be further restrictions or even bans placed on your account. Bungie does not discuss or revoke restrictions or bans. *I do not work at or represent Bungie* Hope this helps.

3 RepliesNo solution except to wait out your punishment. If you were issued a suspension/timeout, then it’s generally around 30-60 mins. If a restriction, then minimum 2 weeks. If a ban, then it’s permanent.
