Reward discount codes not working

Im in the process of ordering my pins for the titles i have earned. However the discount codes are not working upon checkout. I have had these titles for a number of months now. Can anyone help? I have already email customer support and thought i would give here a go too. Thanks Guardians

Are you trying to purchase multiple items in one transaction? You have to purchase each item with each code individually.
