I can't login 'casue buffalo code
It happen when I reinstall my window10,so this my window problem or not

Have you tried logging out of the Blizzard launcher and re-logging in? If that doesn’t work log out of the launcher then shut it down. Go to the Blizzard website and change tour Battlenet password. Now start up the launcher and log in with your new password and see if you can launch D2.
