Gambit Prime Massacre Medal still bugged?
Not sure about that, is there still a problem. Did someone get medals after the patch?

No, I have gotten 8 since they patched. It's still seems inconsistent at times. I haven't used my titan, but the best method that I have found is to tether one side of a spawn and attack the other side with machine gun..
