Yeah, seriously, Outbreak Perfected is OP. [b]O[/b]utbreak [b]P[/b]erfected. Oh, definitely NOT overpowered like Walmart PC.

1 ReplyI have a bygones that has better stats than the outbreak prime with the exception of the fire rate that is the only thing that the bygones doesn't beat, so just get a bygones
