Outbreak Perfected NOT DROPPING upon completion??
So i did the quest on a Titan, got the nodes, did the mission, got the gun. All good there
Then i went to my Hunter to do the same quest.
Got all nodes, started the mission but this time upon completing it, the gun did not drop.
I did it 2 more times, without the weapon even being on my Inventory and without ANY exotics equipped. Nothing. No Outbreak Prime drop there. And it is not on the Postmaster either.
Is this a bug?? Whats going on?
Any insight is appreciatted

It happened to me too and even after completing the zero hour mission the heroic version doesn’t appear on the Edz map

Bungie help tweeted it's an issue they're now aware of. Hope it gets fixed soon for you!
