✅They aren’t the fastest firing
✅Don’t have the highest range
✅Don’t have the best stability
What are they even supposed to be good at? What makes them attractive?
Nothing. Please make them better.

They need a buff but Redrix st least is amazing. Can melt spectral pre nerf with desperado. And it becomes the apex predator at all ranges it can shoot in with desperado active.

4 RepliesUm. Same thing that makes 110 Hcs worth using? Peek shot. You can two burst people while peek shooting, without ever exposing yourself long enough to get 3 bursted by them? With a good shot you can kill as fast as Luna’s howl with a 340,,, Is it easy? No. But that doesn’t make the weapon weak. And then there’s redrix.... oh the WROOMS I’ve had with that....
-
6 RepliesI mean....I dropped a 17 kill streak with redrix yesterday....

1 ReplyFor people who aim carefully and don't just panic spam.
-
10 RepliesThey have the highest damage. Frankly though that should be paired with the best range too.
-
blasphemy. they are the best archetype only a true warrior can weild such a godly weapon
-
They don’t even have the highest damage. 4 burst pulses have higher impact.
-
What are all weapons except hand cannons, pulse rifles and shotguns for?
-
2 RepliesThey hit hard against tanky, slow-moving targets...which Destiny 1 had a lot of.. The problem is that Destiny 2 has been designed around lots of small, aggressive mobs rushing you. So the----like Ward of Dawn----these weapons have been sort of pushed out of the game.

-----> Legendary Shards & Gunsmith Mats <----

Shards....
-
They are for shards and weapon parts, like many other archetypes of various weapons. I'm still keeping a few in case of a PVP update, but even Redrix isn't worth using over several other PR's

Shooting stuff

1 ReplyEdited by Reclaimer: 5/5/2019 10:32:44 PMBecause they decided, for whatever reason, to make Adaptive Pulse Rifles do what they do, but with a higher rate of fire and have better consistency in regards to damage and recoil direction (body shot damage/recoil is often close to 90 degrees without Counterbalance Stock, or is barely discernible, such as on Bygones).
-
They are indeed The Pointless Weapon. I hope that we get less variation in D3 when it comes to archetypes.
-
11 RepliesNot all weapons are created equal homebro 4 shot pulses in D1 were booboo but now look at blast furnace! paving the way and shit
-
Some archtypes just dont make sense. Examples: Rapid fire scouts, fusions, pulses and autos Precision non slug shotguns (should be aggressive) Aggressive pulses should NOT be have way more range and stability than high impacts Sidearms
-
7 RepliesYou have to hit the head for them to really shine
-
Yo redrix’s is a really strong option. Not better than aggressives in many cases, but they have their roll.
-
2 Replies340s have the quickest ttk of all pulses not including damage enhancing perks( aka Rampage/Kill Clip) at .67 if you can land your headshots. The only things that would even need to be buffed is stability and MAYBE range.
-
17 Repliespulse rifles in general are bad and it makes sense , burst fire weapons are for people who can not automatic fire and control recoil and need some type of governing factor to keep them on target. At least that is why the us military added 3 burst to their infantry rifles.
-
Problem is they don’t have the RoF to compete in medium to close range and don’t have the stability and range to compete at long ranges. 450s are really the way to go in my opinion. Blast Furnace being the best do to minimum recoil and high base stability. I also like the inaugural address, that thing is a laser and Bygones in the adaptive group.
-
They could definitely use both a stability and range increase that would make redrix actually worth using.
-
Put on a stability mod

In PvE the Eystein D is awesome. In PvP, It would literally be the last thing I think about taking with me.
