MIDA Muti-Tool Catalyst, can you make it something other than outlaw.
Like seriously lmao, of all the things you chose to give it outlaw, a gun that already has phenomenal reload speed... Considering where this catalyst drops too, could we maybe spice it up a bit? Full Auto + like 20 stability would be WAY better in my opinion. Thoughts?
EDIT: What about explosive payload?

It just goes to show you how much Bungie actually pays attention to their own game. Give the gun with one of the best reload stats a catalyst that increases reload speed. Brilliant... Next they will release a catalyst for The Last Word that lets you fire in full auto. Or even better, Thorn will get one that let's you do DoT! How awesome would that be?!

3 RepliesMida is a laser beam. Explosive Payload I think would be best but if you wanna really make it Meta, give it High Cal Rounds AND Explosive Payload AND Rapid-Hit. I guarantee it would become the #1 Mid-Range weapon for both PC and Console.

2 RepliesIf we're tossing ideas out there for catalysts on exotics how about catalysts for armors? Or I've come up with a unique catalyst for Cerberus+1. Imagine if the 4 barrels of the gun fired off different elements+kinetic. So the gun would fire void, solar, arc, and kinetic. To me, ideas like this for catalysts are better improvements besides "faster RTF" "faster reload" "increas mag" or "better handling". A catalyst should be something unique and fundamentally altering about the weapon to make it better and worthwhile. What do you guys think?

Nothing can make that gun deserve an exotic slot in D2. It only deserved it in D1 when the flinch was so high it would make a taken phalanx hop back a couple of feet every time you shot it. The gun's been neutered.

It would make complete sense and synergy with its 3rd Eye Perk as well. EDIT: They should also increase it's changes to drop in Competitive PvP.....seriously, at any point after Fabled I feel like this Catalyst should have a chance to drop. Especially the CURRENT Catalyst...since it's pretty much garbage anyways....its legitimately harder to get the Catalyst for the MIDA than it is to get the Not Forgotten and that simply makes ZERO sense....especially since MIDA is kinda "meh" and the Catalyst itself is basically hot trash.
