Hey all, We’ve been tracking an issue where Guitar errors were appearing frequently in Raids, Gambit, and Gambit Prime since the Revelry event went live. Through our investigation, we’ve found that Orb generation off of precision kills, specific to Revelry, are causing these errors. Effective immediately, we’re disabling precision Orb generation for these activities for the remainder of the event. Additionally, we will be disabling this functionality in Competitive Crucible. While we are unable to disable the effects of Tonic buffs, we have the ability to disable Orb generation which has been a topic of feedback since Revelry went live. Triumphs and Bounties associated with Revelry orb generation may be completed in Quickplay Crucible playlists, Strikes, Patrols, Black Armory Forges, and the Verdant Forest.
Hey I got an idea. Since layers know they may get kicked or guitar getting orbs. How about re enabling it and then letting the players decide if they want to chance it. Then maybe gambit might draw in people but since all you have done is release two crucible events back to back. I just don’t think PvP crucible should be the only way to complete the event that was put out as a gambit event. But hey bungi you don’t have activision to blame and hide behind this Fup is all on you. How about you do something instead of just turning off orbs. Like fix the issue and let gambit be the area that you can collect. Because if this issue effect only crucible and not gambit. You would have a fix out with in a few hours. You value your PvP community more then the other guardians. I really don’t understand unless. Your getting a kick back from the PvP pay to play people. Is that it. No answer must mean yes. Silence is a sign of a guilty person.
