3 RepliesD2 - The death silence that follows - "Connecting to Destiny 2 servers" D1 - After the pre-nerf Vex in Crucible. It was Thorn in Crucible. It usually meant a lil scrub 2 tapped somebody and ran away.

1 ReplyEarly in Destiny 1, when I played a Crucible match the first time on Rusted Lands, those Hive Tomb Ships made an entirely different noise when they appeared out of thin air. That screeching noise was so scary the first time I almost had an heart attack.

(Wouldnt happen because I dont really collect motes, but....) hey, there is a Triumph for that! Imma go kill em! Now, if you'd said "annoying", I could name more than a few.

I don’t know about D2, but in D1, going in that dark corridor in the cosmodrome and hearing the cry of the thrall for the first time was the stuff of nightmares.

Destiny 2? Probably when I hear any roaming super in pvp, since they are all broken and need nerfs but that’s a topic for another time. But nothing is scarier than the sound of pre nerf hammers in destiny 1.
