Legendary Items Dropping Without Perks
Issue is in the tittle. I’ve gotten several peaces of legendary armor with no perks on them whatsoever. They will have shaders, and mods on them, but no perks. I forgot to take a picture of the last one but when I get another one I’ll screenshot it
