Remove event buff's from crucible comp

Edit: Ok, its more than one week ^^ But for Quickplay, it should stay. But I doubt they can fix it for different modes. so its either, they block it completely (like they did with the gambit gear that didnt work) or they just ignore it, like most things in PVP.

I'm cool with Bungie keeping the Tonics in Comp, but I would wish they would take out those orbs granted by headshots. It could lead to a HUGE snowball effect, with people constantly chaining supers and such.
