Spectral blades is one of the only roaming super with one-shot potential of others supers. The only other one being Arcstrider palm combo (hunter class, right), and striker titan right clic from skybox which is impossible to manage in 99,99% cases. • Slightly reduce Gwishin energy return. • Allow wallhack on super trigger, but once you turn visible, you won't get it back if you go invisible again. • Lower armor when invisible to be 3/4 of that when he is visible, it's already off radar. • Lower reach, you can be 13 meters away and be killed by 30 cm daggers. Verticality is off also, someone can use stampedes high-jump, be over the skybox and a spectral blade will launch like SpaceX to him. • Lower damage. Titan and Warlock super needs 2/3 hits on each others to land a killing blow. Spectral blades too with the quick strike which has the highest attack speed of all roamings and also, the right clic combo can oneshot most of the roamings (it's also the only roaming which counters titan bubble with no effort since a single right clic combo / three swipe is enough to kill everyone inside) TL:DR : Buff Spectral Blades and rename it "Traveler's chosen" (hey it's bungie pvp what can you expect) EDIT : It seems Spectral Blades on consoles have different mechanics than that of PC. So my views only regard PC experience.
