Question: can I still see all the new content that’s come out after I beat the Forsaken campaign (Queens court, three week loops, cutscenes, etc.) including Black Armory And season of the Drifter, even though I just started forsaken due to not being able to get it in time?

For example, you can still access the Forges from Season of the Forge (as they weren't specifically events only for that season only), but you won't have access to the Crimson Doubles event (as that event has come and gone). As long as you own the license to access the content, you'll be fine. Keep in mind that, as the other post mentioned, you need the Annual Pass to access Annual Pass content; Forsaken doesn't come with the Annual Pass, so Black Armory and Joker's Wild will not be available to you unless you own the Annual Pass.
