No credit Thorn Strike Boss Kill Need Help

I just killed Savathun on the Chasm of Screams and no credit. Is there a way to appeal this in game so I don't have to waste another hour?

You didn't meet the requirements of the strike. Have to kill the knights that spawn in the boss fight as well.
