Is there a issue with the quest step for the recluse to reach fabled I am at fabled 3 and it still says to reach fable

No issues with the quest. Only issue is with you not knowing difference in VALOR versus GLORY. You are fabled 3 in VALOR, but you need to be fabled in GLORY. You earn GLORY in the competitive playlist.
