I made a post in feedback, https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/251244068?sort=0&page=0 and it was recommended by others that I make a post in help as well. I was raiding with my clan tonight and after we were done we went to the tower and I got disconnected and when I tried to rejoin it said I was banned. I don’t know why. I don’t have much on my computer because I don’t use it much other than playing destiny and Minecraft and using discord to talk to my can friends. I only had the game open and discord. I put almost 1000 hours into my account. I need help. :(

48 Replies#FreeBagoote A mistake has been made and Bagoote's ban needs to be overturned! This is someone I know personally who in no way has violated the terms of service or code of conduct. Please stick up for your fellow players and for people who have been wrongfully banned!

9 RepliesThis is how it works. Console bans are ONLY for players who cheated in PVP or played for a extended time in a team that cheated. For this to happen you were reported by a number of people over a number of games to get Bungie to investigate you and found reason to issue a ban. PC's have the above but also if cheat software was detected that was active. It does not have to be for Destiny but something was detected poking around the game code and the anti cheat system informed Bungie who then investigated. In either case a ban is final and under no situation will Bungie reverse the ban or talk to you about it.

20 RepliesTypically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, autofire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929
