Wow real powerful rewards
The first day I get back in game and what do I get for flashpoint & heroic adventure 651 level gear one FN power level how generous of you bungie ....... it was not even worth my time logging in

1 ReplyI’m not a fan of the power level grind. Doing stuff we’ve already done for the sole purpose of power makes it an annoying chore, if maybe some of the older activities had a new reward or twist or something I’d be interested in doing them, but for a single power level increase it is disappointing

Just take a break until the next season starts then you'll be able to get bounties that boost you the -blam!- up. That really was insulting to people that grinded for 650 but you cant put it pass bungie. I'll wait for those 690 bounties that season of opulence will bring.

Now get in gambit and earn your season 6 gambit gear that is 20 levels below that so you can spend cores that you shouldnt have to to bring them up to the level that you busted your ass to earn as quickly as you could in season 5. Its so contrived and stupid. Cant figure out whether it was overthought or underthought though. I actually like Prime and think season of the drifter is pretty damn cool. But the leveling needs better thought out.

You do know different activities don't reward super power levels right? Easy activities are 1 level Weekly that take multiple completions reward higher like 4-5 The city activities 5-6 and prime engrams 7+ welcome to the last dlc leveling changes and nothing has changed except most engrams that reward multiple levels reward more then before like primes nightfalls al reward more then 5 now

62 RepliesYes, you can't help but notice it... it's irritating and short-sided that bungie has yet again slowed progression. So here's the big no-no bungie's missing. My 650 warlock has one set of armour and one set of guns. I can't change-up the way I play without sacraficing light level because of [b][i][u]c o r e s ![/u][/i][/b] Everything is fine right now... 650 character, all my drops, 620-630. 655 prime engrams I can't use (bad random rolls) This dlc is going to leave me behind in a week or two. Cores will severely, negatively, impact this game.

2 RepliesWho cares. You only have to gain 50 levels. And this isn't like Destiny 1. They hand out powerful gear in this game like CRAZY. There are so many sources of guaranteed leveling up and yet people still complain. Go do a raid. Learn to complete SotP. Get 4+ powerful gears in under half an hour. And do remember.. content release is staggered. We won't have Reckoning fully released until next Friday. Gambit won't be finished until the beginning of April. There are several weekly resets from now until then.

It’s flash point what do you expect your not suppose to reach max level in a week and if you want to be a high level early you got to work for it I did almost everything on my warlock got him to 664 now I’m on my hunter as I can prob get to 670 on him as I brought my 660 weps over and then when I do my Titan I will probably hit 680 which I’m happy I’m not reaching max this week as getting maximum level in the first week should not be possible as to make sure their is more to do as do you want to go back to the times of y1 where everything is handed to you on a silver plater and nothing feels special?

Did light level gains change from last season? They seem the same to me. I think people forgot how to get good light level gains. Theres tons of YouTube videos on how to effectively level up.

3 RepliesPowerful gear drops are tiered, always do the dreaming city and nightfall first for biggest gains then use the others to fill in the gaps.

Seems like Bungie is a dishonoured samurai preparing for seppuku. I still shake my head at half the crap they do and I wonder if they even know who their target audience is. People just want something fun to play. Give us meaningful end game stuff to chase, like unique powerful exotics and rare armour, take out enhancement cores and just let us dress how we want. Looks play a large part in games like this. It's our identity. End game can just be special quests, unique strike/missions that change. Basically, anything that makes the grind feel less grindy. If something needs nerfing, just buff the rest and let us feel powerful again.

I've had two exotics and around seven prime engrams to get to 662. Gambit prime, dreaming city and nightfall were decent enough but the rest weren't worth my time.

4 RepliesTo wear the ‘new’ gambit gear I earned last night I actually have to drop my light from 650 to 643 cos the gear that did drop slightly higher I have no enhancement cores to infuse cos yeah that’s still a thing! And doing old content to get more cores is zero appealing!

Its been like this since forsaken came out. Lookup leveling guides from. Forsaken and black armory and theyll say the same thing.
