Bored so let’s do this. These are 7 dreamworks films I can think of off the top of my head. Which is the best of the selection. Is there a better film/series of films?

<Kung Fu Panda had a surprisingly good start and an even better sequel. It's a worthy choice, even if 3 didn't really grab my attention. Shrek 1 was kinda funny, 2 was surprisingly good, and none of the others have lived up to either. How to Train Your Dragon is probably one of the few trilogies or film series that stays relatively consistent. Not only does the animation improve every time (the amount of wallpapers you can take from each movie increases every time), but it's pretty good. 1 and 2 did have similar plot threads (Alpha type dragon), but it felt like they worked with it well considering what usually happens. The characters are pretty likeable and shit, I almost teared up at the end of 3. Just for STAYING consistently good among others, it gets my vote.>

1 ReplyRise of the Guardians is underrated as shit

Over the Hedge, the Shrek series, and The Croods are really the only movies I've enjoyed from DreamWorks. Although, the Shrek series is a relatively mixed bag (especially with the third film).

The ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ series has always been my favorite. I recently put on the first film for a die hard Disney fan girl and she absolutely loved it, and was shocked that Dreamworks could produce something that good.

1 ReplyEdited by Romans43: 3/4/2019 5:14:16 AMSomehow I’ve never seen rise of the guardians. Should probably rewatch Prince of Egypt, but I think Kung Fu Panda. Edit: didn’t they also make a movie on Joseph? What’s the consensus on that one?

3 RepliesI haven’t seen How To Train Your Dragon 3, but the Kung Fu Panda series or the first two HtTYD movies are definitely the answer. 3 RepliesEdited by Liam_Hawks: 3/4/2019 1:32:09 AMI liked Kung Fu Panda 2 more than 1 and 3. That's probably my top movie of these, but How to Train Your Dragon is the best overall series IMO.

Edited by Sølaris: 3/4/2019 4:37:26 AM7 of the best you can think of... Wouldn’t that mean you didn’t research for this post throughly... Low Effort Post - Besides, shouldnt the films be categorised through the decades rather than all time. Each period of film history is different it terms of era and quality.

Shrek 1 because memes But objectively.... How to Train Your Dragon.

I honestly enjoyed all of these except Croods and Rise of the Guardians. I forgot about that one actually. I voted shrek because Mah Swamp, but I think that HtTyD was actually a better series. I just saw the finale and thoroughly enjoyed it. Prince of Egypt is underrated as well.

1 ReplyYou left quite a few movies off the list that should definitely be up there Real Steel Gladiator Saving Private Ryan Puss in Boots Over the Hedge Boss Baby Wallace and Gromit From your list I'd have to say Prince of Egypt. But personally I have to go with Real Steel man. That movie was solid.
