So today I went onto the Bungie Store to check if the Valentine’s Day hoodie was still available because I has just earned enough money to purchase it and sure enough it’s still there, but when I go into my email’s inbox to grab my code in the email it was sent in from two weeks ago, it says that’s unavailable to redeem. I’m really just checking with what’s going on... I know that the email had to be sent by February 19 but it said nothing about when the code will expire, so I assumed it was like the Cayde’s will t-shirt where it would expire roughly a month after the email. I want to know what the problem is here... has the code already expired and the hoodie is just on the page of the store because of a bug or is it the other way around, where the code is bugged on the companion app/Bungie.net website and I can still purchase the hoodie. If it’s the latter I would prefer if this was fixed but if it’s not the case then I can accept that I missed out. Just a clear and accurate response from Bungie is all I want. -Many thanks.
