I know it's something similar to anthem but is not like it hasn't been done before.
I mean instead of making 6 difficulties, make just one other one called like nightfall mode or whatever, and make the mobs as strong as needed for it to be able to reward maybe not powerful gear but exclusive gear or legendary to at least try to get different rolls, maybe chance for exotic,that would be sick it would motivate me to just hop on open world more often.
Just an idea.

1 ReplyAgreed. The game feels too easy. They need to ramp up the difficulty, especially for lost sectors, patrols & adventures. & I don’t mean the lazy faction rally way of bullet sponges than 1-shot you without being able to recover health. We need more depth; complexity & mechanics.

7 Repliesthe thing I like about anthem is once you beat the game you feel weak and you need to get masterwork gear to get stronger and do grand master 1 once you get that strong you feel accomplishment. something destiny guns and armor don't make you feel, in destiny everything is scaled for you so besides raids and nightfalls you really don't feel stronger vs in anthem you feel much stronger by the time your gm3 level. destiny 3 im sure will have difficulty levels since destiny 1 had them, I hope theirs easy normal and hard modes for story quest and maybe doing hard increases loot gain? but takes longer and enemies are stronger and you take more damage.
