I finally found a grenade launcher scavenger on a class item. Use it in the crucible and every time I kill some1 with power that fired one rocket I pick up power ammo and most of the time I only pick up 1 grenade launcher ammo. I killed a guy that literally just pulled power on the spawn and only gave me 1 and did not use one bullet. How do you expect ppl to complete triumphs but scavenging for power grenade launcher ammo is very inconsistent. I notice the scavenger perks only on special ammo. This needs to be changed to power as well. The only power ammo scavenger that works properly is rocket launcher which is beyond ridiculous because 97% the ammo that's getting picked up is wardcliff coil which is insanely powerful. I can understand getting two rockets off the spawn but not off of scavenging.
