You have to be complete trash at pvp not to get this. Look at what guns your using. Are you trying to use crap like hard light and Hawthornes field forge shotgun? Or, are you using dust rock, trust, blast furnace, ringing nail, chaperone, kindled orchid, chattering bone?? Upgrade your stuff to help then just shoot it's pretty simple.
