Say It With Me: The Last Word is a Crucible Weapon!
You’re going to have to play crucible to get it. Just like I had to suffer through gambit to get malfeasance.
Also, TLW is shit in PvE so what the hell would you want it for anyway?

Having either/or options for something like this is not unreasonable. It’s a Destiny weapon before anything else.

TLW is actually solid in pve too, I was using it today and it drops enemies fast. The quick reload on it makes it a solid exotic slot choice. I wouldn't raid with it but for pretty much any other activity it's a worthy choice.

Nah, I'm looking forward to using it in PvE. Most of the content is forgiving enough that you can just use what you [i]want[/i], instead of needing meta weapons (except raids w/whisper, etc.). TLW won't be my main weapon (Le Monarque is), but I'm looking forward to fan-firing some (PvE) -blam!-s in the face.

It wasn't awful in pve tho. It one taps red bars n does good burst damage on yellow bars. It kinda let's u have a slow firing hand cannonish/shotgunish burst damage Frankensteins monster of a kinetic. Pairs well with a grenade launcher/fusion/scout/sniper. It was kinda fun

2 RepliesIt’s a pretty good gun for both pve and pvp but not in most situations. Mayhem is one of those situations or maybe it’s a far away boss you need to kill. It’s built for high damage in a short distance so if you use it against shield ads, they’ll be gone in less than 30 seconds
