Are people still having issues with this? I can maybe understand it for the first 2 weeks of the expansion, but now it's just ridiculous. What the hell are you doing with all of your cores?

The Remove Eververse spam was a necessary and justified protest of deplorable actions by Bungie. It's neither necessary nor appropriate here, even though I agree about the cores.

Thank you and bump.

And now infusion costs even more. We used to be able to infuse two weapons just for glimmer if they were the same type and model, right? Well, not anymore. I believe Bungie silently changed that because since last week THIS is what's been happening. Having cores needed for infusion is just gating players from the fun. This is not a FarmTheCoresVille game.

There's been a lot of these post lately again! Yet they seem to disappear almost as quick as they go up... Make sure to check the #feedback section and leave input there as well on ALL similar threads! I will repost what i wrote in a similar thread: -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I agree 100%, masterwork cores are/were meant for masterworking not infusion... They have received all the feedback they could ever need. After the first round of feedback they responded with an excuse stating that masterwork cores were always meant to be used for more than masterworking... 100% BS! So what did they do, they changed the name to enhancement cores ignoring the feedback, ignoring their paying customers, and insulting them with phony excuses to boot (but who'd expect honesty from Bungie at this point). Bottom line is that they have received more feedback than they could ever need and continue ignore it!! I personally wouldn't hold my breath on this change ever happening or historically Bungie caring what it's customers want, unless your one of a handful of streamers that is, "best and brightest" I think they call them... This is a company with a known and continued history of shady tactics and lying to it's paying customers (it wasn't just ATVI). While asking and hoping for change is a darn good thing (definitely don't stop doing it!) Bungie at the end of the day is a business with the almighty $$$ being the bottom line, so the only real thing that will inspire any real change is a loss of revenue. It falls upon us individually as the customers to decide what issues make it or break it for us, what we can accept and live with game wise and what we can not. At the end of the day if your needs are not being met there are plenty of other games to throw money at. :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It would be 100% correct to say that many folks did ask for more to do in the game. In all honesty I think that in a effort to do this Bungie misinterpreted it's customers wants and missed the mark with the change to masterwork cores. It's implementation was a poor and lazy way to go about giving players more to do and a completely unnecessary change. People want meaningful progressive content not chores. However that is just my opinion. What is not opinion is the overwhelming desire expressed for the infusion aspect of cores to be removed since day one of its implementation. Personally as I stated IMHO it was a majorly unnecessary change. That being said I still had all three of my characters to 650 one and a half weeks into the expansion, and three more to 650 a week and a half after that, and now have eleven characters on five different accounts at 650. So although the cores are not a game breaker for me not all folks have a wide open winter work schedule like me, and I see where this could be a big issue for a lot of paying customers. I won't argue over the matter but I will stand by the fact that since day one of it's implementation the vast majority of feedback on requiring masterwork cores for infusion has been negative.
