I had 2 keys in my inventory just before finishing the third encounter, after we beat Calus I checked my inventory and the keys were all missing! I am definitely sure that I didn’t discard or move them, and I also read about similar problems but I found a forum link that says it was patched. This is very disappointing and I hope that there’s a fix to this bug.
