I have my three coins, I have two clanmates who have completed the quest with me. I picked up the ball in the first part of the city (for Querim I believe). I carried the ball to the statue, but then no boss spawned. Am I doing something wrong? Did I miss something? This is the second time this has happened. It also happened the first time I tried. Edit: I've been told it was because we cleared the first step of the dungeon first.
