When I delivered the required gunsmith materials to arcite 99-40 at the farm the images and sounds associated with being presented a faction reward appeared but the space where the icon for an engram (that I should be able to click on and receive) as a reward is devoid of said engram, but i can see that the space is occupied by something I cannot see and should be able to click. I do not know if i have done something wrong, if i have not reached an appropriate milestone or if there is a missing asset that is causing me to be unable to click and therefore be unable to clear the faction reward screen. I await the answer to this conundrum.
