Can't purchase second powerful frame
I purchased and completed a powerful pulse rifle frame from Ada-1 then came back to purchase another powerful frame but there isn't any powerful frame left. I still have the second ballistic log in my inventory but the only thing I can purchase is a pulse rifle frame (the one that can be purchased with modulus report).
