For those of you who don't want gay relationships forced into your movies...
I think it's only fair that all straight romances be taken out of movies as well, we wouldn't want those forced upon people who--despite "not being heterophobic"--feel like straight romances are being forced in a movie.

The key is forced. If one of the characters just randomly decided "oh whelp now I'm gay for some reason" then it just feels like the director is trying to check off a box on his to do list.
