Why is this game so awkward that instead of being double damage, precision/head shots are TRIPLE damage instead? Really makes body shots completely useless when they happen.

3 RepliesBungie kills me! With Forsaken they raised head shot damage (supposedly to balance the game with special weapons returning) this made them fear that scout rifles would be OP so they ruined scout rifles BUT they never considered that they were also ruining auto rifles, which rely on body shot damage. All of this led to pulse rifles dominating which apparently did not occur to the morons. Bungie, in their mission to control every single aspect of how we play their game, has completely ruined their game.

3 RepliesAre people that bad landing headshots is a difficult task?

You need headshots with every weapon in this game, even SMG's. Body shots are completely useless with everything other than shotguns and heavy weapons lol

Destiny/Bungie and Auro Rifles man.. I just don't get them.. They give all AR's very low stability / high recoil, making them very unprecise but still requiring headshots.. Destiny 2 and High Impact AR's.. don't even get me started.. They give them a ton of range but the lowest stability thinkable, making them practically unuseable for long range (requiring head shots) and short range. How can you develop a archetype of weapons and give them stats that make the weapons completely redundant.. As an auto rifle fan, I'm very disappointed with the AR's in destiny 2.

12 RepliesThis is why stability is the most important stat/perk on an AR. Get one with two stability perks and the use a counter balance mod. Makes hitting crits and maintaining them a snap. I actually loved the change they made to ARs because of this.
