    the issue is its a community wifi because I'm at college. I did the IP refresh and it didn't work I also did the google thing

    If you’re using a public WiFi connection it is almost definitely not configured correctly for D2. Your not going to have much luck playing on WiFi in general, but it’s even worse on a network like that.
