Hi, I think I found a bug. I was on Mars finishing wayfinder and was going after nodes. There was an escalation protocol going on and I saw the node before I heard any music or a glow. I picked the node up and got rewards. Now I can't turn Resonate Stems into OverRide Frequency. I think I hit some strange race condition and I can't continue looking for nodes now on my hunter. (I can do this on my warlock and Titan fine, just my hunter can't make the OF) Any Suggestions....
