A ballistics shield. While equipped the only weapons that can be used are sidearms and HCs but it reduces their accuracy. Otherwise you'er just running around with a shield with no weapon to use. When you go to aim down sights you bring up the shield protecting you from all forward attacks but your movement is reduced. Its ammo is about twice of that of swords and depletes when taking damage, how much depends on what you're blocking.
