PVE pinnacle weapons are so easy to get but PvP pinnacle weapons are only obtainable by like top 1%? Seems fair, bungie should really make them as difficult as redrix, Luna’s and NF.

Lol, 40 strikes and gambit matches. 40 strikes will be boring as mf hell. It depends on whether those arc fusion kills are required in crucible or not. And those gambit matches with be excruciating for most people

4 RepliesIt's making us PVE people happy that were getting something "pinnacle " to do. I would totally agree 100% with your post IF the weapons were meta and pve versions of Broadsword and Lunas, but they're not. Personally I think this was thrown together at the last minute to get people to play game modes that aren't being played or have issues and to give the impression to us that bungie is listening. Only time will tell when we get these weapons if their good or not. If they are, then you're right, shouldve be longer and harder. If their not, then it will be like horror story.

because PVE is overly easy, the PVE crybabies have shed lakes and rivers of tears they shouldn't have to PVP for a weapon, Bungie threw a bone. this is like a parent buying their child something simple to get them to shut up.

5 RepliesMissed the point. Luna and Not are skill-gated weapons. You have multiple pve weapons that are skill-gated. They are typically exotics and not legendaries: The Voice of Thousands, Whisper of the Worm, and Malfeasance. The new fusion rifle and Gambit AR are investment grind rewards like Redrix’s Broadsword. I believe they are being made readily obtainable to help solve the issues with Telesto and with Gambit matchmaking. Do you really think the strike pinnacle weapon being a [i]high-impact[/i] fusion rifle that causes [i]explosions[/i] on death is a coincidence??

I agree, but most PvE content is easy. Maybe have the steps be beat every strike, score 100k (it even 200k) in every Nightfall, beat every raid/raid lair, and maybe at ep, blind well, and whatever other pve things I forgot or they add. I feel like a PvE pinnacle weapon should be just from strikes, but from all of the PvE content
