I bought vanilla D2, then the year 1 expansion pass was gifted to me. I then bouth Forsaken without the Annual Pass, and I have the option in the destination map to purchase the Annual Pass for Forsaken. However, when I click on it, and go through the first screen (which just tells you about it and gives you the option to purchase it), clicking on A just gives me the error "Query Failed. Could not establish connection to the Xbox Games Store. New silver purchases will update when you next sign in." I believe this to be an in-game bug (possibly a link issue?), as the XBox store has the Annual Pass as a separate purchase. Users can purchase it directly, however, this post is hopefully to inform others about the inability to purchase in-game, and that there is another way.
