37 RepliesThis week at bungie: We are giving the carry services another weapon to milk money out of the community. Matchmaking, its excellent because our favorite streamers are saying its perfect. Exotics, we observed that not enough YouTube personalities was showcasing exotics so we increased the drop rates specifically for those YouTubers, a bug was fixed that prevented duplicate exotics, now you'll almost every time get a brand new duplicate exotic. Pvp, is the pinnacle activity currently, we took feedback from only truevanguard and we happy to announce that all 4 stacks in competitive will be matched against random solo players, excellent matchmaking folks. Thanks to the streamers, everybody else, thanks for being cannon fodder, btw refer a friend and spend another $40 on our bullshit expansion, lots of 2014-2016 exotics coming, stay tuned.

I know snipers are rare to see but I feel it’s this way because of the ammo economy. I think a great pinnacle weapon would be a sniper. I know a common thing people say is “what can you do to a sniper to not make it OP”. Well what I would do to make a sniper a pinnacle weapon is. To change the way ammo works on it every time you get a head shot you would get a bullet back in your mag. It couldn’t be abused because it wouldn’t work on regular body kills.

I’m afraid I can’t give you money for something I know nothing about. Shame really, I thought forsaken was good. After CoO I’m really suspicious that you’ve not really revealed anything substantial, yet you’re expecting people to pay 12 months up front. They need to be sold separately. I’m guessing that once all your loyal fanboys have given you all their money it will be sold separately.

Wow yet again another non-forsaken exotic, new flash I have All exotic armor and weapons from before forsaken. I do not however have forsaken exotics. Did the heroic story mission and got a kepri’s horn. This will mark my 7 over all in the game of receiving that helmet. I thought that the rng was supposed to reward forsaken exotics or lean towards forsaken exotics? The last four exotics were all duplicates from year one! Come on now, how can I finish the triumph if you will not fix the issue with the forsaken exotics?

Mountaintop will ruin pvp. I’ve played games where multiple people run militias/ore wings/fighting lion in a fireteam and it’s the most unenjoyable crucible experience there is. Nobody has EVER said more noob tubes would be a good idea

Sure, one person dropped out and left the team to 3-man the match, but I can’t judge them not knowing the circumstances why they had to leave. That said, this shouldn’t be a thing. I shouldn’t have to be thrown into a match that was basically over, where I couldn’t contribute to the team and where I still ended up with my prior win streak getting tossed away for no good reason. [spoiler]Quite a few other games with a good focus on PvP have mechanics that do not put a loss penalty on matches that already started. [/spoiler] This [i][b]shouldn’t[/b][/i] happen, but it does and not just to me. I’ve seen no shortage of people complaining over this issue for quite some time now and, depending on who’s reading this, I’d wager you have too. It’s stuff like this that end up pushing a lot of players away from playing [i]and buying Destiny 2[/i], causes the remaining players to play other games thus dropping the player pop. and overall gives Destiny a bad name. You don’t bake a cake and pull it out of the oven knowing that there’s a part of it that’s not cooked thoroughly so why would you do the same with a messed up system like this?
