The title says it all, I've noticed I can't get a cat on another character once I've picked it up yet the small gifts aren't shared in a pool for my characters. It seems a bit backward to lock the cats to an account but not share the item that triggers them. Also if we're truly in a time loop then shouldn't eggs, cats and regional chests replenish every three weeks when it resets?
