What's up with radar in Vanguard missions?
So, I'm new to Destiny 2. When playing the Vanguard missions, I depended on the radar a bit. But, suddenly, it disappeared! How do I get radar back in PvE missions?

Some activities, like strikes and heroic story missions, have weekly modifiers. One of those modifiers is called Blackout, which removes the radar and drastically increases enemies' melee damage.
